Phase 2 – Layout

The End Dimension gets its hub. The End Dimension gets its hub. We need your help to build the starting platform on which the hub will be built on.

• Starting at Y = 57 a layer of End Stone will be places in all areas marked in yellow above.
• Y = 58 will consist of End Stone Brick Slabs

All participants who place 5k End Stone and 5k End Stone Brick Slabs will receive 128 Shulker Boxes

Once you have placed 5k of each please stop, to allow others the chance to place blacks. Thanks!

Phase 3 – Design Competition

While the foundations are being laid, lets plan something grand. Three designs are needed.

1. Central Hub
   • Filling the Octagon pictured above in yellow, it should meet the following criteria.
     1. Incorporate End Pillars, and other blocks that get reset by the dragon.
     2. Allow access to the Spawn Pad & End portal
     3. Use color & block types matching or complementing the ring of end portals
     4. Have access ramps/stairs/lifts or other means of getting to end portal ring
        • Design can modify ring to make one large structure if needed
     5. Plotted space for future shops, builds, and decorations
     6. Spawn proof wherever possible
     7. Open points at all 4 cardinal directions for bridges.
2. N-S-E-W Bridges
   • Marked in green, and not to scale, it should meet the following criteria:
     1. Use color & block types matching or complementing the ring of end portals
     2. Bridges going North and South must incorporate an ice road & Minecart track in design. (East and West are optional)
     3. Bridges going East to West must give room for 80 blocks in the center point between Central Hub and End Ring City
     4. Spawn proof wherever possible
        East to West Bridges MUST be 100% spawn proof
3. Enderman Spawners
   • Marked in Blue and a maximum size of 80×80 they must meet the following criteria:
     1. Dispose of extra enderpearls while incorporating an item protection chest for dropped items and endermen heads.
     2. Full Enchantment room
     3. Easy to operate and/or lectern& signs explaining use.
     4. Use color & block types matching or complementing the ring of end portals

Designs must be submitted by May 31st Via Google Forms

Note that builds made in creative/concepts from outside our server will need to be re-built in survival for approved builds (we are not importing external builds made in creative) – this is just to make it easier to show off your concept for voting.

  • Why build a grand structure, or a major town if only a handful of people will see it? Lets change that.

  • Some Art is always nice!
• Public Farm Warp Building
  • Why build the same farm over and over?
  • Reduce server lag and give access to materials for all players

This Month the builds have a bit more restrictions then normal so pay CLOSE attention. And if you have questions @Slice0024 in discord.

As always, do not construct your builds at spawn, but instead in another location. Once complete reply to the post on the website with coordinates.

• Must fit inside the Orange highlighted area
  • With a 2 block allowance for overhangs
• No greater than 16 blocks Tall
• Warp pads will need a minimum of 1×2 per warp
  • Ideally with 1 block spacing between
• Built to be expandable downward underground for extra warps
• 2 Entrances ways, marked in blue

Statue / Decorations

• Must fit inside the Pink highlighted area
  • With a 2 block allowance for overhangs
• No greater than 20 blocks Tall
• Nothing Vulgar

Portal Build Contest is now underway!

Pick any one of the portals surrounding the End island and get to designing!

Any style any build type, see the above for size restrictions or reference the portal pictured above in game.

Rules:

1. Portal block must be accessible via an enderpearl
2. If you fully enclose, the entrance must be at least 2 blocks wide.
3. Must be free floating, you can build temporary stairs to access for now.

Prizes:

1. All who participate get 1 Shulker full of End goodies, including a Dragon head and some other fun items. (TBD)
2. Wining design will be duplicated around all other portals and receive the following:
   1. Special Elytra with impossible enchants
   2. Shulker Spawn Eggs
   3. Personal End Portal Block
